About Our Company Director
Sinead Smith
With over 12 years of experience in the payroll industry, I began my career as an apprentice at a large payroll bureau in Birmingham, UK. Over five years, I progressed to the role of Senior Team Leader, managing a team of 8 in the Birmingham office and 22 offshore colleagues in India, supporting payroll operations for a company with over 20,000 employees.
Following this, I transitioned into practice payroll within an accountancy firm, where I further honed my skills for more than five years. In 2023, I took the leap into self-employment, working with two accountancy firms. It was during this time that I launched RCR Payroll Ltd, a business built to share my expertise and support other companies with reliable, compliant, and stress-free payroll services. The name RCR holds a special place in my heart – it’s inspired by my children.
When I’m not calculating maternity pay, processing holiday entitlements, or running multiple payrolls with a strong coffee in hand, I love spending time with my family. Summer is my favourite season – BBQs, family gatherings, and making memories are what I live for.
